Government must respect its freedom of assembly, and stop creating obstacles

A man was killed and at least 30 others were injured after a clash erupted between police and BNP men in front of the party's central office in the capital's Nayapaltan this afternoon.

Fearing sabotage ahead of the BNP's Dhaka rally on December 10, law enforcers have beefed up security at all entry points and other key locations in the capital.
