"This book is a way for me to express my own emotions associated with Tagore’s lyrics”, Fakrul Alam shared his thoughts at the launch of 'Gitabitan'.

The event saw the launching of children's books in both English and Bangla, namely Ami Bokul, Sun Moon Secret and Where are the Chonchols? 

The program was divided in two sections; the first part was dedicated to launching the book titled, Praner Prodip Jwaliye (Bangla Academy, 2022). It is a collection of poetry and rhymes written for the Prime Minister’s 75th birth anniversary and were composed by celebrated personalities.

“Here one will find on state policy analysis and societal dynamics–exploring grey areas and bringing multidimensional analysis to the refugee crisis”, said Professor Dr Meghna Guhathakurta.

On November 8, the High Commission of India hosted a book launching ceremony wherein the Bangla version of Operation X (HarperCollins Publishers India, 2019) was unveiled.

The launching ceremony for a book titled “A Historical Perception of Traditional Musical Instruments for Younger Generation” was recently held at the seminar room of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA).
