A female student, who passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination this year, is killed after a bus runs her over in Dhaka’s Farmgate area.

They toiled day and night just for a living. The bus fare to their home district Nilphamari from Dhaka -- a few hundred Taka -- was beyond their means.
