Bangladesh head coach Chandika Hathurusingha acknowledged the pressure that comes when playing against India and deemed it as a privilege rather than a burden ahead of the first Test between the two sides at the Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, starting tomorrow.

Following ICC World Cup debacle, the spotlight shifts to Test cricket for Bangladesh as they kick off the third cycle of the World Test Championship (WTC) with a two-match Test series against New Zealand, beginning November 28 in Sylhet.

"I take the responsibility because we have disappointed the fans and ourselves," said Bangladesh coach Chandika Hathurusingha at a press conference yesterday in an apparent admittance of his role in what has been a disastrous World Cup campaign for the Tigers.
