Bangladesh Women's Under-21 hockey team became runners-up in the Women's Junior AHF Cup after a 7-1 win against Singapore in their last match in Singapore today.

Bangladesh men's team moved into the final of Under-21 AHF Cup with a 5-1 win against Chinese Taipei in Singapore today.

Chinese Taipei, who are 100 places ahead of Bangladesh in FIFA Ranking, dominated the match as expected and notched up an easy victory, courtesy of a hat-trick from forward Yu-Hsuan Su.

The men in red and green led the first half by 20-14 points after Chinese Taipei at one stage took a 7-6 points lead. Bangladesh extended their lead with two lonas in the second half before eventually completing a comfortable victory.
