Customs intelligence files five separate cases against Apan Jewellers’ owners Dildar Ahmed and his brothers Gulzar Ahmed and Azad Ahmed for evading customs duty on 567 kg of gold.

The Raintree hotel owner will have to appear before Customs Intelligence and Investigation Directorate (CIID) office tomorrow as Supreme Court has stayed a High Court order that halted the summons order.
