Veteran Indian actor, Amitabh Bachchan recently filed a lawsuit, which claimed that the actor’s image and voice had been used, without his prior notice, to promote goods and services by certain companies.

The Delhi high court has ruled that it is ground enough for divorce for woman who called her overweight husband ‘mota hathi’ (fat elephant) as it is “destructive of the matrimonial bond”.
