The High Court today refused to grant bail to two top Destiny officials -- Md Rafiqul Amin and Mohammad Hossain -- in two money laundering cases involving Tk 4,200 crore.

Rafiqul Amin, managing director of Destiny Group, has been sentenced to three years’ rigorous imprisonment in a case filed for not submitting his wealth statement to Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).
