Unless things change on the street level, no rules or infrastructure can efficiently resolve Dhaka's traffic gridlock.

The irony is, the top bureaucrats, who fail to secure our national interests, have no qualms in claiming the larger share of the development pie for themselves.

Many visitors to Bangkok have described it to be one of the most congested cities due to its traffic situation. Even CNN and BBC have rated this city as the most horrible to travellers. But I would beg to differ.
