The disciplinary rules formulated for lower court judges will uphold the supremacy of the Supreme Court, the apex court says after accepting the state-drawn guidelines.

The government gets time till December 10 from the Supreme Court for issuing a gazette notification on the disciplinary rules for the lower court judges.
