England's cricketers, including skipper Ben Stokes, have been struck down with a  suspected stomach bug on the eve of the first Test against Pakistan in Rawalpindi, despite the touring party bringing their own chef.

A new-look England side took the opening Twenty20 international by six wickets in Karachi on Tuesday, starting their return to Pakistan after 17 years in a memorable way.
