Beyonce won the Grammy Award for best country album on Sunday for "Cowboy Carter" at a ceremony that served as a love letter to host city Los Angeles following the devastating wildfires that scarred a hub of the music business.

Taylor Swift has reclaimed her spot at the top of Spotify’s Wrapped list for the year. On Wednesday, the music streaming platform unveiled its much-anticipated Wrapped feature, an annual summary highlighting user engagement and listening trends over the past year. According to Variety, Swift was crowned the most-streamed artiste on Spotify once again. 

Women dominated the MTV Video Music Awards, with Sabrina Carpenter snagging Song of the Year for her track "Espresso." Taylor Swift and Post Malone also made waves, taking home the first award of the night for Best Collaboration. 

Sabrina Carpenter's summer smash, "Please Please Please", officially reaches the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
