Branding food adulterators as the biggest terrorists in society, former health minister and senior ruling party leader Mohammad Nasim demands capital punishment of them.

Expressing dissatisfaction at the BSTI for not properly testing raw cow milk, curd and fodder, the High Court yesterday ordered the authorities to test them to identify the quantity of harmful bacteria, chemical, lead and antibiotic in them.

The High Court has ordered lab testing of raw cow milk, curd and fodder from the market in purview of rampant adulteration of food in the country. It has ordered Bangladesh Standards Testing Institute (BSTI) and Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA) to report on the lab test by June 23.
