Sepp Blatter has claimed there was a deal to give Russia the 2018 World Cup before voting took place, and blamed England and the US for the corruption scandal engulfing Fifa.

While Fifa continues to reel from "a storm" of damaging corruption allegations, 209 member associations will decide on Friday whether to give Sepp Blatter a fifth term as president.
