Dhaka Metropolitan Police has formed a three-member committee to investigate how a death row convict managed a prayer cap emblazoned with the IS logo at a courtroom during the verdict of the Holey Artisan Café attack case.

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader expresses his satisfaction over the judgement in Holey Artisan cafe attack case and said people’s confidence in the judiciary has established through the verdict.

The trial for the case filed over the terror attack on Holey Artisan Café in the capital’s Gulshan in 2016, the worst terrorist attack in the country, is expected to be completed by this year.
