There is a great debate about nepotism in Hindi cinema. It's upsetting for everyone when clearly unskilled children of famous people are paraded as readymade movie stars, increasing the rift between the haves and the have-nots and highlighting the inequities of various systems across the screen. "Nadaaniyan", starring Khushi Kapoor and Ibrahim Ali Khan in the lead roles, is yet another example of this.

Netflix's announcement of a lineup of several new projects last Monday delivered surprises to Bollywood enthusiasts. Among the biggest highlights is the debut of two much-anticipated star kids—Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan, and Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of Saif Ali Khan—who are stepping into the film industry, following in the footsteps of their legendary fathers.

While some fans were excited about Ibrahim's acting career, others expressed concerns about nepotism and privilege in the film industry. However, there were also defenders of Ibrahim and his sister Sara Ali Khan, arguing that they should not be expected to pursue careers unrelated to the entertainment industry.

Ibrahim Ali Khan, son of celebrated actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, is all set for his Bollywood debut with "Sarzameen". The film, produced by Karan Johar, is directed by Boman Irani's son Kayoze Irani. 

During a recent interview, Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan confirmed that her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan, is all set to make his Bollywood debut as an actor.

Ibrahim reportedly won't have a leading lady in this film and will be playing the role of a soldier, saying he didn't want a conventional debut.

Karan Johar who is sometimes called the ‘King of Nepotism’ by critics, will be introducing Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan to the silver screen. Directed by Boman Irani's son Kayoze, the film will revolve around the Indian defence force and will be backed by Karan Johar's production house.
