Released this Eid ul Adha, “Priyotoma” is a Versatile Media production. Late Farooq Hossain and director Himel Ashraf jointly wrote the screenplay and dialogues for the movie.

However, what many may not know is that Shobnom Bubly, was the original choice for the lead role, opposite Shakib Khan. In an interview with the media, Bubly opens up about her experience with the project and her thoughts on the film's success. 

“Priyotoma” actress Idhika Paul came to Bangladesh to secretly watch her film in Star Cineplex.  She came accompanied by her mother and sister.

On the 23rd day of the release of “Priyotoma”, director Himel Ashraf told The Daily Star about the ticket sales of the third week of the movie, 'Even in the fourth week of release, the movie is being screened in up to 63 theaters in the country.”

The good news is that, this Eid-ul-Azha, five films were released, and it is a great sign for the industry that the audience are returning to the halls, and appreciating most of the films. At the same time, songs that these films showcase have played a great role as promotions for these films.

Shakib Khan's "Priyotoma" is running successfully across theatres, and fans have fallen in love with Kolkata's Idhika Paul. 

Idhika told the media that she is very much excited for her film and that it is being well received by the audience. She also shared that she wants her parents to come to Bangladesh and watch the film with her.

On the second day of its release, "Priyotoma" added another achievement to its bucket. The Shakib Khan starrer will be released in the United States of America and Canada on July 7.

"Leader Amie Bangladesh" gave something completely different to the audience, which "Priyotoma" will follow up to.

This Eid, we will get to witness several gorgeous actresses competing for the hearts of the public with their films. Recently, it has been revealed that Idhika Paul, a popular face from Kolkata Television Industry, has been roped in to play Shakib Khan's leading lady in his upcoming film "Priyotoma."

The film is said to be released on the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha. Directed by Himel Ashraf, the romantic action drama is being produced by Arshad Adnan, owner of Versatile Media.
