Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil is set to make his Bollywood debut. Having gained worldwide recognition for his performances in “Pushpa: The Rise” and “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” this Southern star is now ready to showcase his acting prowess in India’s biggest film industry. 

Director Imtiaz Ali has spoken about how he treats male characters in his films differently from female characters. Speaking with Times of India, Imtiaz said that those male characters are not directly derived from his life experiences. He added that he does credit "greater intelligence and resilience to women".

Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali has taken a keen interest in promoting adman Bauddhayan Mukherji's feature debut "Teenkahon".
