Justice Md Abdul Wahhab Miah yesterday said the process of mobile courts' recording confessional statements and punishing people was scary.

Hours after taking responsibilities of the chief justice, Md Abdul Wahhab Miah calls a full court meeting with the participation of judges of both the Appellate Division and High Court division.

Justice Md Abdul Wahhab Miah, a senior judge of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, is to discharge the responsibility of chief justice during the absence of Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha as the latter will stay in abroad from September 10 to 22.
