Stating that Khaleda Zia’s physical condition is deeply concerning, her sister Selima Islam says they are doubtful whether they will be able to take the BNP chief out of the hospital alive as the government is making delay in releasing her.

Law Minister Anisul Huq says that BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is not allowing the doctors of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) to provide her with treatment.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir says their party’s Chairperson Khaleda Zia wants to be treated at an advanced health centre as she is being “denied proper treatment” at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University.
