Iqbal informed that he made contact with Nana Patekar through a Tamil director friend of his. “We haven’t yet decided on the shooting dates. After we sign Nana Patekar, we will sit together with all the parties involved and decide on the shooting schedules,” Iqbal said.

Films like “Leader Amie Bangladesh'', "Jinn","Local",”Kill Him” have kept the stream of audiences flowing to the theatres even now. A similar outcome is hoped to be seen for the upcoming films during the next Eid as well.

Recently Ananta Jalil had participated in an Eid special talk show on RTV, where the host had the question, what is the reason behind the criticism of your English-speaking skills?

Ananta Jalil and Barsha starrer “Kill Him” was released across 11 theatres on the occasion of Eid. This is the first time Barsha donned the role of a villain and the film is doing fairly well at multiplexes.

Unlike the previous Eid, this one was quite special for the Bangladeshi film industry, as a total of eight films were released in theaters. The movies released were: "Leader Amie Bangladesh", "Jinn", "Kill Him", "Paap", "Shotru", "Prem Pritir Bandhan" and "Adam".

Ananta Jalil’s film “Kill Him” was released on Eid day and the actor went to Bashundhara City’s Panthapath branch along with its director Mohammed Iqbal to interact with the media and see the audience's reaction on Eid day 2.

Just after getting the censor certificate today, Ananta Jalil has unveiled the title track of the film, "Kill him" this evening. The music and visual of the song are on par with the Eid festivity.

Just ahead of Eid, Ananta Jalil's much-awaited film "Kill Him" received a censor certificate yesterday. Announcing the news, Ananta and Barsha came live together on Ananta's Facebook page.

This Eid will mark the first time that Ananta Jalil and Barsha will star in a film, that is not produced by Ananta. "Kill Him", which stars Ananta Jalil as a cop/killer, has raised more intrigue since the poster was unveiled last night.

Dressed in a police attire and sunglasses over his eyes, Ananta Jalil is ready to 'kill' everyone with his new look in "Kill Him."

He was seen posing with a BMW car wearing his signature outfit, black blazer with a red bow tie.

The duo will be flying to Kashmir to shoot for a song from the film. The news was confirmed by Ananta himself to The Daily Star. 

Ananta Jalil is a huge fan of actor Rubel and has even taken special martial arts training to get in shape to perform with the Dhallywood action star. Recently, the actor posted pictures from the sets of “Kill Him” alongside Rubel on his social media account.

This Eid may see a lot of cinema halls reopening, setting a different trajectory for the industry.

Ananta Jalil unveiled the first look and teaser of his much-awaited film “Kill Him” at its muhurat ceremony at BFDC yesterday. This is the first time that Jalil and his wife Barsha are not working on their own production. The action thriller film is being produced and directed by Mohammad Iqbal, under the banner of Sunan movies.
