A Dhaka court allows Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of police to conduct tests of 10 evidence in connection with the murder of LGBT magazine editor Xulhaz Mannan and his friend Mahbub Rabbi Tonoy in Dhaka’s Kalabagan area.
