Canadian Prime Minister-designate Justin Trudeau confirms he will withdraw Canadian fighter jets from the air strikes against Islamic State (IS) in Iraq and Syria.

“Canadians have chosen change. Real change,” Trudeau said during his speech at his campaign headquarters in Montreal.
