Jamaat-e-Islami denounces allegations that its grassroots activists were joining in the cause of Islamic State – terming such accusations “baseless and false”.

The 26 Bangladeshis, who were deported from Singapore allegedly for being members of a terror cell, have no links to Islamic State or al-Qaeda, according to police in Dhaka.
