The Lux Channel i Superstar competition has long been a launching pad for some of Bangladesh’s most recognised female celebrities. Notable names such as Zakia Bari Mamo, Azmeri Haque Badhan, Bidya Sinha Mim, and Mehazabien Chowdhury all began their careers through this renowned reality show. After a seven-year break, Lux Superstar is making a comeback, with the registration process already underway.

National Film Award winning actor Bidya Sinha Mim has been trailblazing since her start in Channel i's 'Lux Superstar'. While she had a successful footing in small screen ventures, the actor has been solely sticking to films for quite some time.

Right now I'm working on small screen shows that will be released during Eid- ul-Adha. We have recently wrapped up filming Kagojer Bou, Mr. Perfect, and Surprise. I am currently talking to several directors about more potential roles.
