Ecnec sends back the project of shifting Bangladesh Secretariat to Sher-e-Bangla Nagar for further review in line with the original master plan of famous Architect Luis I Kahn who had designed the iconic Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban.

A new Dhaka master plan has been drafted. And apart from saying that the old master plan was drawn up sitting at home, the minister for housing has not offered any rationale for why it wasn't implemented.
