The densely populated capital of Bangladesh has once again topped the list of cities with the worst air quality in the world.

Dhaka has been ranked as the fourth most polluted city in the world.

Air pollution still remains one of the top-most challenges for Bangladesh. Capital city Dhaka’s air has been ranked the third most polluted in the world this morning (August 2, 2022).

A jointly-prepared report by Greenpeace and Airvisual recently unveiled the 2018 Air Quality Report on March 5 and in it, Dhaka has featured as the second most polluted capital city in the world.
