British-Bangladeshi singer Mumzy has joined forces with New York-based Bangladeshi artiste Muza for a new single titled “Ki Kori”, released on April 2.

The Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is all set to kick off today, with the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) implementing various plans to make this year's tournament unforgettable. Among these efforts, the board organised a concert to promote the BPL nationwide. Additionally, several participating teams have introduced their own theme songs.

The celebrated vocalist Fahmida Nabi shared the stage with popular music director and singer Muza in a concert yesterday (November 9), in San Jose, California, USA. Fahmida had already arrived in the United States, while sources revealed that Muza flew in from London to participate.

The music video features Mubashshira Kamal Era, Kona, and Muza under the choreography of Ridy Sheikh. Produced by Daekho Studios, the video was directed by Partho Sheikh.

Bangladeshi musicians Fuad Almuqtadir and Muza are in attendance at this prestigious event.

In the year 2023, there was a notable preference for Bangla songs amongst the audience, with several catchy ones gaining popularity. It is noteworthy that listeners actively engaged with and discussed Bengali songs, marking a significant accomplishment this year. There was a relatively lower release of new songs by production houses as their emphasis shifted towards drama production. Despite this, listeners continued to enjoy and appreciate the existing Bengali tracks.

Spotify Bangladesh unveiled this year's most streamed tracks, and BTS's Jungkook dominated the chart with his song "Seven”.

Bangladeshi-American musician Muza, has carved a niche for himself in the music industry, seamlessly intertwining traditional folk with contemporary beats. From the upbeat rhythm of "Bondhurey" to the soulful cadence of "Noya Daman", Muza's musical journey is a testament to his artistic prowess. Recently, he was featured on the iconic Times Square billboard in New York, the face of Spotify's "Desi Hits" category, as the first Bangladeshi musician.

"I think my songs used to be niche, but that has changed. In the last three years or so, I have changed, now different people from different places know me."
