Two of Bangladesh's rock legends, James and Hasan, are set to perform together in a special concert in London. This event, titled “Concert for New Bangladesh”, aims to serve two significant causes: raising funds for flood victims and envisioning a new Bangladesh.

According to the claims, James was allegedly barred from performing the song during the last eight years of the Awami League's rule due to the political significance of Zia's name. This rumour quickly went viral on social media, causing widespread debate and speculation.

Zayed is currently visiting Melbourne, Australia, for a show. Accompanied by actress Nusraat Faria, they will perform on May 5 to celebrate the Bengali New Year 1431 for the Bengali community residing in London.

The concert was opened by Goriber Rockstars, who are a Texas based Bangladeshi rock band.

On Sunday evening, the bustling Amazura Hall in New York, became the epicentre of excitement as eager spectators filled all seats, to catch a glimpse of the highly anticipated performance by Nagarbaul James. It had been nearly five years since James last graced New York's stage, and the Bengali community turned out in full force to welcome him.
