In a statement, Li Jiming, Chinese Ambassador to Bangladesh, today (August 4, 2022) said that on August 2, disregarding China’s strong opposition, US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited China’s Taiwan region.

Several Taiwan media outlets reported late on Monday that U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi will visit Taiwan on Tuesday and spend the night in Taipei, citing unidentified sources.
