“Oggatonama (The Unnamed)”, directed by Tauquir Ahmed, wins the best film award as the Information Ministry announces the names of winning artistes and film professionals in the National Film Award-2016 in 26 categories.

Directed by Tauquir Ahmed, the film Oggatonama (The Unnamed) has won the Best Screenplay Award in the SAARC Film Festival 2017, held in Sri Lanka's Colombo from 21st to 25th November.

Since its release last year, Tauquir Ahmed has not stopped riding the success of his directorial venture “Oggatonama”. The film has earned high praise at home and abroad, and continues to bag awards from around the world.

Tauquir Ahmed's “Oggatonama” (The Unnamed) was recently selected as a nominee for the Best Fiction Feature at the Gulf of Naples Independent Film Festival.
