Reviewing the film online, Pakistani actor and screenwriter Yasir Hussain, termed the movie as a ‘story-less video game’.

After reigning over the Box office for multiple weeks, SRK’s “Pathaan” is trending number 1 on Global trend after being released on Amazon Prime on March 22. The blockbuster hit allowed die-hard SRK fans to relive all the adrenaline-pumping action and breathtaking visuals.

Some extra scenes, including one that reveals the origins of “Pathaan”, will be added to the digital version, according to director Siddharth Anand.

Recently, there had been news about Allu Arjun making a cameo in the new film, however the artiste could not go forward with it due to scheduling conflicts. Yet, now the media is abuzz with the news of another megastar joining the film.

This marks Shah Rukh Khan’s second film after his hiatus, the first being “Pathaan”, starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in pivotal roles

Just before entering the stage for his performance at the National Film Awards ceremony 2021, the actor warns about the consequences of importing 'Pathaan' in Bangladesh.

Shah Rukh Khan, who is still reeling from the success of Pathaan, took to Twitter on Wednesday, to thank all of his fans for their support of the film. 

A lot of drama ensued following the permission that Shah Rukh Khan blockbuster “Pathaan” received, to be released in Bangladesh on February 24. Even SRK himself acknowledged the release in a tweet.

“Pushpa” famed actor Allu Arjun was also approached by the creators for a cameo in the film.

Prior to the release of his film, Khijir Hayat Khan posted a video on his YouTube channel addressing Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, about how the release of Hindi cinema in our country could damage the business of Bangladeshi cinema in the theatres.

Recently, there have been discussions that Bollywood superhit “Pathaan” would soon be released in Bangladesh. To this end, 19 film associations have put forth several conditions pertaining to the release of the film.

In the film “Pathaan”, Salman Khan informed SRK that he was leaving on a vital mission, and Pathaan will meet Tiger during this trip.

After much speculation, it has been confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan will be released in Bangladesh. On 19 February, the Ministry of Information confirmed that the film has been given the green light to be released in the country. Following the announcement, King Khan himself recognised the initiative on Twitter.

Earlier on, the 19 film-related associations came to an agreement that Hindi films can be released across cinema halls in Bangladesh.

"Pathaan" was produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films (YRF). The company seems to be building its own spy-thriller universe—featuring "Pathaan" with Shah Rukh Khan, "War" with Hrithik Roshan, and "Tiger" with Salman Khan.

“Shehzada”, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon, is a remake of  2020 Telugu film "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo," which stars Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde. 

“Pathaan” collects Rs 950 crores worldwide, and is now racing towards the Rs 1000 crore club from global box office collections.

“Pathaan” was released in India on January 25. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film marks the return of Bollywood King, Shah Rukh Khan to the big screen after almost four years.

The Deepika Padukone, SRK and John Abraham starrer has become a must-watch masala entertainer, celebrated across the world. The film is a part of Aditya Chopra’s ambitious spy universe, in which “Ek Tha Tiger”, “Tiger Zinda Hain” and “War” are also super hits.
