Expressing disappointment over the passengers' sufferings due to poor luggage handling at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Civil Aviation Minister AKM Shajahan Kamal yesterday suggested replacing Biman's aged staffers with young and energetic ones to speed up its operations.
