The High Court (HC) has directed the government to take necessary steps to stop sale of antibiotic drugs without registered doctors’ prescriptions.

A Supreme Court lawyer has filed a writ petition at the High Court seeking to mandate a doctor’s prescription for purchase of antibiotics from pharmacies.
