Corruption in public universities of Bangladesh must be addressed

Presided Abdul Hamid has reached New Delhi on a three-day visit to India for attending the oath-taking ceremony of Narendra Modi as Indian Prime Minister for the second consecutive term.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will meet President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban. The Prime Minister is scheduled to meet the President at 6:30pm, Joynal Abedin, Principal Information Officer of Press Information Department, told UNB.

President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina visit Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader, now undergoing treatment at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University.

Ruling Awami League submits the nomination of Abdul Hamid, whose current term as president is about to expire, for presidential election to the Election Commission.
