Prime Bank, sponsor of Bangladesh Cricket Board’s (BCB) school cricket tournament, handed scholarships worth Tk 60,000 to the best 15 players of the 2022-23 season of the Prime Bank National School Cricket at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur yesterday. 

School cricket has played a huge role in scouting aspiring cricketers over the years and, following a halt due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the prestigious tournament once again made a positive impact as Shishu Niketon High School clinched the Prime Bank National School Cricket title by beating Meherpur Government High School by 59 runs in the final yesterday.

Haluarghat School defeat Technical School by 276 runs in the Prime Bank National School Cricket at Pirojpur division thanks to an unbelievable double century from Al Imran.
