Health authorities must ensure proper follow-up actions

The High Court directs the authorities concerned of the government to submit a report on the progress of displaying the chart of charges and fees of private clinics, hospitals and diagnostic centres in public view before this court by February 6.

The High Court directs the private clinics, hospitals, clinical laboratories and diagnostic centres to put in display their charges and fees fixed for medical tests at public places.
