The government announced three-day public holiday from tomorrow

Dhaka city has taken a deserted look as thousands of people left the capital to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with loved ones.

Bangladesh government approves the calendar for next year which includes 22 days of public holiday, seven of which poise on weekends.

The government has decided to shift this year's public holiday on Durga Puja from October 23 to October 22.
