Police arrest a war crimes suspect of Habiganj, two day after a tribunal in Dhaka issued an arrest warrant against him for his crimes against humanity during the country’s Liberation War in 1971.

The International Crimes Tribunal-1 issues arrest warrants against 11 alleged Razakars of Jessore, who were allegedly involved in crimes committed in the district during the Liberation War in 1971.

A tribunal in Dhaka concludes hearing arguments in war crimes case against Syed Md Hasan Ali, an alleged Razakar commander of Kishoreganj, and will deliver its verdict any day.
