The LKG Quartet, a vibrant band led by artist and composer Labik Kamal Gaurob, is lately making waves in the music scene. With Ahnaf Khan Anik on guitar and co-production, Farshid Alam on bass, and Adnan Rushdi on drums, this ensemble has recently unveiled their debut single, "Shoite Pari".

Growing up listening to timeless melodies like "Ke Jash Re", and "Tumi Aar Nei Se Tumi", the name Sachin Dev Burman needs no introduction to Bangla song lovers. To pay homage to the legendary lyricist and composer, cultural organisation Banhishikha organised “Sachin Dev Burman Sangeet Utsav, a two-day musical festival, at the National Theatre Hall of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the capital.

In today's live show on Desh TV's “Call er Gaan”, band Sahajat will perform their original songs, and pay tribute to Sachin Dev Burman by rendering a couple of his songs.
