The Kolkata International Film Festival is set to kick off on December 5, extending until December 12, marking its 29th year.

Salman Khan's latest film, “Tiger 3”, witnessed an exuberant display of fan enthusiasm as some devoted followers celebrated by setting off fireworks inside the cinema hall, to mark the occasion of Diwali.

The spy-thriller movie is directed by Maneesh Sharma, and was released on Diwali. As per the report, “Tiger 3” has collected a gross of Rs 44.5 crore on day 1 in India.

On Friday, more than 100 fans assembled in front of Dhaka’s Sony Square for the fan meetup.

Meanwhile, the film is now expected to be released on November 17 in local theatres. This information was confirmed by Abdul Aziz, Founder of Jaaz Multimedia, to The Daily Star. The company is importing the film.

"Tiger 3" will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on November 12.
