Giving security guards police power raises concerns

He works as a security guard in the capital. In exchange of inhumane labour for two shifts a day, the organisation he works for provides him with only the bare minimum of food and shelter. He has no access to any other facilities or amenities. He even has to purchase his own uniform with his own money. He cannot even meet his family and relatives once a month
