Veteran actor Shivaji Satam, best known for his portrayal of ACP Pradyuman in the long-running television series “CID”, has made a return to the show after a brief absence, following fan backlash over his character’s apparent death in a recent episode.

On Instagram, Sony TV posted a tribute image of ACP Pradyuman, accompanied by the message, "In the loving memory of ACP Pradyuman… A loss that will never be forgotten." The graphic also displayed the text: "End of an era. ACP Pradyuman (1998-2025)." 

Netflix is gearing up to stream the second season of the acclaimed crime thriller “CID”. Originally premiering on Sony LIV, the series, starring Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty, and Aditya Srivastava, will now be accessible on this platform.
