Directed by Shoibur Rahman Russell and produced by Md Imam Hasan under the Nayontara Limited banner, “Nandini” is adapted from Paritosh Barai's novel "Norok Nandini". The story follows the struggle of a woman who refuses to give in to fate.

After several years of delays and missed release dates, director Shoibur Rahman Russell has confirmed that his film ‘Nandini’, starring Indraneil Sengupta and Nazira Ahmed Mou, will finally be released in theatres on September 12. The official trailer is scheduled to be launched tomorrow as part of the promotional campaign.

The film is adapted from a popular Bangladeshi novel “Norok Nandini” by Paritosh Barai.
