An attack claimed by Islamic State on a Sikh temple in the Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday killed at least two people and injured seven, officials said, another deadly incident in a spate of violence targeting minorities and places of worship.

Two Indian Sikhs are stabbed in Sitakunda of Chittagong as masked men attack them and loot Tk 50,000. They were returning to Dhaka after temple visit.

Sikhs in the northern Indian state of Punjab stage protests, enforced strikes and blocked roads in several towns and cities in the past week.
