To me, birdsongs are the harbinger of spring. I know the season is about to arrive in Delaware because after a series of unusually frigid mornings, which lasted from December through February, cheerful chirping of red-breasted robins, blue jays, and chickadees has now filled the morning air.

Falgun is the time to feel your best. Everywhere around, flowers are blooming and people are more often than not, in jovial moods. The fashion game is also at its peak because the fashionistas have already stacked away their dull and dreary winter wear and stocking up on strikingly beautiful and equally bold fashion wear.

After a long hiatus, it became almost necessary for me to return. Begging winter to be over, I found an interesting way to do it. Force yourself to wear colourful clothes and bring out the vibes of spring — forceful maybe, but it works. Let’s cut out the confusion and dive straight into the fashion perspective.

Spring or boshonto is the last of the six Bangla seasons and happens to fall between winter and summer, spreading over the Bangla months of Falgun and Chaitra (mid-February to mid-April).
