State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid has hinted at raising price of fuel oil by highlighting the country’s energy situation in the wake of rising oil and gas prices in the global market.

The government will not implement the second phase of the Matarbari coal-based power plant.
