Frank Darabont, the director of “The Shawshank Redemption”, came out of an 11-year directing hiatus when he was offered the chance to direct two episodes of “Stranger Things” Season 5. In a recent interview with The Daily Beast, he revealed that it was the emotional core of the blockbuster Netflix series that inspired him to return to directing.

After a prolonged wait, “Stranger Things” is returning to Hawkins as the cameras roll for the much-anticipated final season of Netflix's hit show. Yet, not everyone is excited about the return of a certain cast member.
