FIFA president Gianni Infantino said he intends to talk with Pescara midfielder Sulley Muntari, the victim of racist abuse in Italian football, and vowed to fight racist "idiots".

Pescara midfielder Sulley Muntari has been banned for one game after he walked off the pitch at Cagliari on Sunday, having been booked for complaining to the referee about racist abuse in the crowd.

Ghana's Sulley Muntari dramatically walked off the pitch while playing for Pescara at Cagliari yesterday, after his complaints of alleged racist abuse were met with a yellow card.
