Television actress Tanjim Saiyara Totini sustained a head injury while shooting for a drama in Chattogram yesterday evening. The incident occurred when a light stand on set fell on her head, prompting immediate hospitalisation.

In this latest project, Apurba brings to life an absent-minded protagonist—an individual who forgets almost everything, from critical tasks to mundane chores. The resulting mix of frustrating and humorous situations forms the crux of the story. 

Totini's journey in showbiz began in 2019, and in a short time, she has made significant strides. Appearing in 30-35 commercials and numerous web-series, she has steadily gained recognition. Among her notable works is "Kolpona", directed by Piplu R Khan, which received positive acclaim. Following this success, she collaborated with Vicky Zahed on the drama “Bachibar Holo Tar Sadh”, a project that earned her widespread appreciation from viewers.

Despite a brief career, Tanjim Saiyara Totini has garnered praise for her work on the small screen. The acclaimed actress is set to make her web series debut with the OTT platform Binge. Confirmed by the actress to Daily Prothom Alo last Friday afternoon, the series is yet to receive a title. However, it will be directed by Sani Sanwar.

Despite her relatively short career, Totini has already made a significant impact with her remarkable performances in various dramas.

The actor cleared out his stances after a special screening arranged for his recent much-anticipated Deepto Play original web film, “UNO Sir”, which was simultaneously released on the platform on Saturday at Deepto TV premises in Tejgaon in the capital.

Apart from Apurba, the film also featured Tanjim Saiyara Totini, Intekhab Dinar, Joyraj, and Naresh Bhuiyan, among others. Presented by Vision, the film is produced by Kazi Media Limited.

The love story depicted in the drama “Hotath Bristi” revolves around the passionate desire of two individuals who are bonded by the love for the acclaimed movie “Hotath Bristi”. 

Ziaul Faruq Apurba and Tanjim Saiyara Totini will be seen in an upcoming fiction which has directed by Mahedi Hasan Jony. The project titled, "Esho Hat ta Barao" has been written by Golam Sarowar Anik. In this project, Totini will be seen playing a nurse.
